How to Apply

Upload your resume as a Word document or complete our employment application.  If you are applying for several positions, submit a resume or application tailored to each particular opportunity. Be truthful and accurate on employment dates and telephone numbers.

Screening

After the job closing date, the Human Resources department will select candidates who meet our basic qualifications and contact those candidates by phone.   The recruiter will clarify details on the application and assess skills, salary requirements and geographical preferences. Applications for consideration are forwarded to the department director for review. The department director, in collaboration with Human Resources, will determine which applicants will be interviewed.

Interview

To prepare for your interview, review our company overview for background information on BJHCHS Inc. Create a list of questions to ask during your interview and be ready to demonstrate your experience and skills.  Also, remember to dress professionally for the interview.

What to Expect When You Apply

The selected candidate will be contacted by Human Resources. Official offers of employment can only be made by Human Resources.

At the time of the offer, the selected candidate will be sent information regarding employee benefits and the required new employee orientation.

All newly hired employees are subject to clearance through appropriate criminal background, motor vehicle driving record and professional reference checks. Additionally, employees are required to complete a pre-employment physical.  All offers of employment as well as employment continuation are contingent upon successful clearance through these processes.
